FASTSNAP UPGRADE PROVIDES NEW TOOLS TO CUSTOMERS
RESEDA, CA - July 9, 2009 -- Insurance agents nationwide who use the online digital photo service have a new set of tools that makes the service faster and easier.
Customers can now invite multiple photographers to handle a job. "By inviting multiple photographers, you can get your photos faster than ever" said CEO Jerry Burg, CPCU. "Every photographer you select will be invited to "claim" the order, and the first photographer to claim the order gets it." Coupled with a new Text Alert feature, invites are sent directly to the photographer’s cell phone, and the job is often handled the same day the order is received.
New features allow customers to select photographers by distance from the property, on-time performance, and "feedback rating". "We encourage customers to provide feedback on every job so we can build a performance record for each photographer based on customer satisfaction," said Burg.
The FastSnap Web site lets insurance underwriters, agents, brokers, and anyone who needs photos of properties order digital snapshots taken by local photographers. FastSnap's photographers post high-quality digital photos to the Web site within 1 to 5 business days, which enables agents and brokers to review information and offer insurers a clear picture of the risks involved in a particular property. High-resolution photos can be printed directly from the Web site at no extra charge, or forwarded to any e-mail address.
FastSnap photographers are available nationwide. Check service to any zip code online at www.fastsnap.com.

FASTSNAP PHOTO SERVICE HELPS INSURERS HANDLE WILMA CLAIMS
RESEDA, CA - November 3, 2005 -- FastSnap's network of photographers is available to help insurers and agents document hurricane losses in South Florida.
"Our role usually fits on the underwriting side, but in this situation, we can help claims departments, too," says Jerry Burg, CEO. "Most insurers were already overwhelmed by the volume of claims from Katrina and Rita. There are just not enough adjusters out there to handle yet another hurricane in a major metropolitan area."
FastSnap offers high-quality digital photos of any real or personal property, including vehicles, streets, and intersections, to provide insurers with more accurate information quickly and efficiently.
While FastSnap photographers are not claims adjusters, Burg points out, the FastSnap network can assist insurers in making damage assessments. "Our photographers can provide photos of homes, businesses, and vehicles, to help document property damage." This gives the claims department some "breathing room". "It may be weeks or months before insurers can respond to all these losses," says Burg. "We can help insurers and agents document the extent of damage before cleanup begins."
The FastSnap Web site lets insurance adjusters, underwriters, agents and brokers order digital snapshots taken by local photographers. Multiple photographers compete with aggressive pricing and fast turnaround times.

WEB SITE OFFERS PROPERTY PHOTOS IN 3 DAYS
RESEDA, CA - June 23, 2000 -- High quality digital photographs of properties are available via the Internet, it was announced today by Jerry Burg of FastSnap.com. FastSnap has assembled a network of photographers who visit the properties and can return the photos within 3 business days.
Anyone who needs photos of residential or commercial properties can order them at the company's new Web site. When the photos are available, the customer is notified via e-mail, and returns to the FastSnap site to view them. Customers can access the site 24/7 to order or view photos, or check the status of pending orders.
"Hyperlinks" embedded in e-mail messages allow one-click access to photos stored at the site. The photos may be downloaded to the customer's computer, printed to any color printer, or forwarded to any Internet e-mail address. There is no additional charge to forward the photos.
Aimed at insurance and real estate professionals, FastSnap figures to become a crucial part of the emerging markets for on-line insurance and loan underwriting. "FastSnap will become a critical sales tool as the market tightens", says Jerry Burg. "Underwriters still like to look at a risk, and they expect the agent to have seen the risk as well."
Burg notes that it's not always convenient, and never profitable, for agents to take time away from sales to get photos. "Agents who need to submit photos along with applications have never had a convenient source for photos until now" he says. "FastSnap harnesses the power of the Internet to give businesses the fastest way possible to view a property."
There is no charge to sign up for the FastSnap service. The base fee for service to properties in metropolitan areas is $15.00 for the 5-day "Standard" service option. For an additional charge, 72-hour "Priority" service is available. Payment is securely charged to any major credit card when the photos become available.
Plans call for the operation to roll out statewide by the end of the year and other areas nationwide. Although the service is limited to Southern California at this time, FastSnap is available to anyone in the world who needs photos of California properties.
Burg figures that many different industries will use FastSnap. In addition to insurance and real estate professionals, the growing customer base already includes private investigators, lawyers, journalists, landlords, property managers, and movie and TV producers scouting locations for filming.
FastSnap is the brainchild of Jerry Burg, CPCU. Mr. Burg is president of Contour Information Services, Inc., which operates Allied Reports, an insurance inspection company.
